The following terms and conditions, as well as subsequent changes, apply to all our services made available online, directly or indirectly, via any mobile device, via email or by telephone. By accessing our website, visiting, using and/or using any of the applications available through any platform and/or making a booking, the customer declares that he has read, including and accepting the following terms and conditions.
Their content, structure and online booking service through this website are owned, operated and offered by BookYourBike.it and are provided for personal use only for non-commercial purposes, governed by the terms and conditions described below.

1. Purpose of the service
Through the website we provide an online platform that allows you to rent bikes to site visitors. By making the booking through BookYourBike.it, the customer will establish a contractual relationship with BookYourBike.it that will act as an intermediary between the customer himself and the provider of the chosen service, by sending the relevant service provider the booking details and by sending the customer a confirmation email.
In providing our services, we disclose the data that has been provided to us. Although we perform our service with diligence and attention, we are unable to verify and guarantee the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including those manifest and typing)Interruption of service (whether due to failure (temporary and/or partial), repair, upgrade or maintenance of the website or otherwise, due to inaccurate, misleading or false information or lack of delivery.
Therefore, you may not resell, use, copy, deep-link, monitor, view, download or play any content or information, software, product or service available on our website for any commercial or competitive purpose.
By making a booking through our website, the customer is responsible for informing BookYourBike.it if he does not receive a confirmation email. This may happen because of the spam filter settings or if the email address was not entered correctly. If you have any problems with e-mail confirmation, please contact our customer service at booking@bookyourbike.it
All bookings made through BookYourBike.it will be associated with a booking code provided in the confirmation email. Please use this code during all correspondence with BookYourBike.it. If you lose your code, you can contact us at booking@bookyourbike.it.
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of these codes and for ensuring access to the reservation.

2. Free of charge service
Our service is free. Unlike many other sites, we will not charge any fees for the service offered, nor will we charge additional fees (related to the booking). We will not charge your credit card.

3. Credit card or bank transfer
The reservation requires the credit card details in order to guarantee the reservation. We use "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology to safeguard and encrypt credit card information during its processing.
It is however possible to make, if required, the balance by advance transfer. 
The voucher will be sent immediately in the case of payment by credit card and when the currency is credited in the case of bank transfer.

4. Changes to reservations
For some rates or special offers, no cancellations or changes are allowed.
To check, modify or cancel your reservation you must access the reserved area of the site. In case of cancellation please refer to point 8.

5. Further correspondence
By making a reservation you consent to receive (i) an email with the data relating to the reservation and (ii) an email rental ended, with the invitation to make a judgment on the service used. In addition to the booking confirmation email, any email notification for changes or cancellation, email reminders if the booking has not been completed, communications regarding the booking, invitations to make a judgment and any other email expressly requested, we will not send any other message, notice or email (required or not), unless you have provided specific consent.

6. Disclaimer of liability
Subject to the limitations and clarifications set out in the assumptions set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we will only be liable for direct and immediate damages actually suffered, paid or incurred, due to a failure to comply with our obligations in respect of the services we should have performed. The compensation may be up to the total amount of the cost of your booking, as set out in the confirmation email (either for an individual circumstance or for a number of related circumstances).
However, and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our operators, managers, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, affiliate partners, license holders, agents or persons involved in the production, sponsorship, in the promotion or disclosure of the site and its contents, we will be held responsible for (i) losses or punitive damages, special, indirect or consequential, for any loss of production, profit, income, of contract, for injury or damage to good name and reputation, for loss of entitlement, (ii) for inadequacy of information on services made available on our website, (iii) for services rendered or for the products offered by the facility, (iv) for damages (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive), for losses or costs incurred, paid or incurred, as a result of the inability to use or the delay of our website, but consequential or related to use, or (v) for (personal) damagesdeath, damage to property or other types of damage (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive), for losses or costs incurred, paid or incurred, for (legal), errors, violations, (serious) faults, intentional mismanagement, omissions, negligence, misrepresentation, civil or objective liability for an unlawful act attributable (partially or totally) to the service provider (its employees, directors, managers, agents, representatives or affiliates)including (partial) cancellations, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.

7. Inability to provide the services purchased and failure or incorrect communication by the customer of information binding for the performance of them
In the event that BookYourBike.it is not able to deliver the service/ i purchased/ i by the customer for reasons not attributable to BookYourBike.it itself, but due to force majeure (climatic conditions, unavailability of the guides and/or impossibility of/of the suppliers to supply the/i rental/i), the customer will be able to book again the/i rental for a new date or transform the amount paid in a voucher to be used no later than 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase. If the customer does not want to take advantage of either of the two possibilities mentioned above, he can get a refund of the amount paid; BookYourBike.it in this case will keep € 20.00 as a refund of expenses for practical management and booking.
In the event that the customer fails to provide or provides false information regarding the requirements necessary for rental/s and the supplier does not allow it, the customer will not be entitled to any refund. The restrictions indicated by the individual rentals are mandatory and do not allow any exceptions, both for legal and insurance reasons. 

8. Cancellation terms and conditions
You may exercise your right to cancel, based on the following criteria:
- from the moment of booking up to 8 days before the rental, a penalty of 10% of the total amount will be charged
- from 7 to 3 days before the rental, a penalty of 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- from 2 days before the rental, a penalty of 100% of the total amount will be calculated (eg: if the rental is for Sunday, you can cancel without the application of 100% penalty by midnight on Thursday).

9. Miscellaneous
Unless otherwise specified, the software necessary to provide our services, made available or used by our website, and the copyright of the content (including copyright)information and material on our website are the property of Let’s Travel S.r.l..
To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions, as well as the provision of our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law and any dispute arising out of these terms, from the general conditions and from our services will be remitted exclusively to the courts of jurisdiction of Terni (Italy).
If any of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, become invalid, or become non-binding, you will continue to comply with all other clauses set forth herein. In this case, we will replace the aforementioned clause with a clause that is valid and binding, that has an effect as much as possible similar to the replaced one and that you agree to accept in compliance with the contents and purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
This Site may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties other than BookYourBike.it. These links are provided for reference only. We have no control over such websites and are therefore not responsible for their content or the privacy or other practices of such websites. In addition, it is your responsibility to take precautions to ensure that any selected link or software downloaded (both from this website and from other websites) is free of items such as viruses, worms, Trojans, defects and other elements of a destructive nature. Our insertion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such sites or any form of association with their operators.
