Meeting with the cycling guide who will take you on a simple and fun bike tour in the nature to discover the Black River from the village of Arrone to the magnificent Marmore Falls Park along a stretch of the Via di Francesco.In the afternoon time dedicated to relax in the swimming pool of the structure. Possibility to spend the afternoon in the Adventure Park for a fun route suspended among the trees.Overnight stay. 3rd day Breakfast and check out. Departure for Piediluco, a charming village on the shores of the lake of the same name. Tour by boat on the placid waters to discover the suggestive views and a curious phenomenon especially for children: the echo in the middle of the lake, from which the mountain takes its name. It is the ring that allows you to discover the district of the lower Valnerina, the Terni and the Amerino-Narnese.In sequence we meet the centers of Arrone, Piediluco, Marmore, Terni, Stroncone, Narni, Amelia, Alviano, Baschi, Civitella del Lago, Melezzole, Avigliano, Montecastrilli, Acquasparta. In addition to the Valnerina, the route runs along secondary roads to discover the wonders widely described and immortalized in famous paintings by travelers of the Grand Tour: the Mar-more Waterfall, the Piediluco Lake, the Augustus Bridge in Narni, to which are added the Franciscan Speco of Sant'Urbano (a treasure of authentic spirituality), the naturalistic Oasis of Alviano, the Lake of Corbara, the Fossil Forest of Dunarobba, the Archaeological Park of the ancient Casulae, a Roman city of great interest. After the Ponte di Augusto, continue on the Gole del Nera cycle path to reach Amelia. DAY 2 Amelia - Avigliano Umbro69 km          DISL: 1249 m          Difficulty:  ++++You follow a narrow road surrounded by the typical "macchia mediterranea" with a beautiful view of the Tiber valley. You turn to Alviano and its natural oasis and then continue towards Baschi, lap the lake of Corbara and face the climb that leads us to Civitella del Lago with its beautiful view and then, on a undulating road to the perched villages of Melezzole and Toscolano and then arrive at Avigliano Umbro. DAY 3 Avigliano Umbro - Arrone51 km          DISL: 647 m          Difficulty: ++The stage starts passing next to the Fossil Forest of Dunarobba and then continue along beautiful ridges towards Montecastrilli and Acquasparta with beautiful views of the Umbrian hills. We then go back to Cesi to meet the Carslulae Archaeological Park. From Cesi, continue towards Terni, which you cross through the steelworks road that enters the Valnerina. After the Cascata delle Marmore you reach Arrone.

It is the central ring that connects some of the most famous historical centers of the region: Assisi, Spello, Foligno, Bevagna, Montefalco, Spoleto, Todi, Perugia.The route, despite some long flat stretches, is a good challenge because it reaches and crosses the squares and the most significant points of interest of all the historic centers that, except for Foligno and Bevagna, are perched on the heights.The ring runs clockwise. From Montefalco to Spoleto the Assisi Spoleto cycle route is used. All the rest of the route is on secondary roads with few traffic and with a not bad road surface. Continue uphill through the vineyards of Sagrantino to Montefalco from where you can enjoy a beautiful view, then descend into the Valle Umbra along the Assisi Spoleto cycle along the Marroggia channel to get to Spoleto and climb into the historic center. DAY 2 Spoleto - TodiLenght: 64 km          Diff: 1129 m          Difficulty: +++From Spoleto you meet a beautiful hilly stretch with different ascents and descents in the Umbrian countryside up to Bastardo, where he begins a long pedalable climb that leads to Massa Martana and then, always on a ridge, up to Todi.  You follow the road along the walls to meet the temple of La Consolazione del Bramante and face a short climb to get to the beautiful central square. DAY 3 Todi - AssisiLenght: 75 km          Diff: 1084 m          Difficulty: +++Leaving Todi you face a steep descent to the middle valley of the Tiber that runs along a stretch to get to Marsciano and face a short climb up to Cerqueto to get on a road on the ridge with a beautiful view, which will take us to Perugia . The climb to the historic center will be offset by the beauty of the square and then descend towards Assisi.

The route crosses in sequence the historical centers of Castiglion del Lago, Passignano sul Trasimeno, Marsciano, San Venanzo, Orvieto, Castel Viscardo, Ficulle, Monteleone di Orvieto, Città della Pieve, and many small minor towns.The blue in the green heart of Italy is the claim of this ring that allows you to discover two little publicized aspects of this region: its great lake, that of the battle of Hannibal, appreciated and praised by travelers of the Grand Tour, and a mountain characterized by the presence of lush vegetation up to the top. Another pearl of this ring is the crossing of Orvieto with direct access, from via Maitani, to the magnificent Duomo. An unforgettable view and an opportunity to appreciate the wonderful works of art that it contains inside. The route is easy in the initial part while the hilly section has some short steep climbs. DAY 2 San Venanzo - Orvieto49 km          DISL: 835 m          Difficulty: +++Climb up to Monte Peglia (the highest peak of the route) on a mountain road pedaled and then face a long descent to Lake Corbara and, after the dike, continue facing a valley on a country road up to the slopes of the cliff of Orvieto. You go up towards the historical center and, on via Maitani, you enter the Piazza del Duomo with a superb view. DAY 3 Orvieto - Castiglion del Lago76 km          DISL: 1264 m          Difficulty: ++++When you leave Orvieto, you first ascend to Castel Viscardo, then descend towards Allerona, then go up again towards Ficulle passing through the Castello de La Sala through beautiful vineyards. After Fabro scalo you proceed uphill towards Monteleone di Orvieto, then meeting Città della Pieve and descend towards Castiglion del Lago, which can be reached on a slightly busy flat road.
